Joseph's love for quality homes began in his family's log home-building business. After gaining experience in multiple construction trades and earning his Journeyman electrical license, he started building homes in Bonner and Boundary County. Driven by a relentless dedication to quality and value, Joe continues to turn dream homes into reality.

We are extremely happy with the house that Joseph built for us. The attention to detail with the layout on the property and finished product was beyond our expectations. The house is easy to heat and so far our energy bills point towards a great job of insulating and sealing the place against drafts. The appliances provided were high quality, more so than what I probably would have purchased on my own. Any concerns or changes that we had during construction were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Joseph has also provided help with my unattached shop, picking up what I either couldn’t do or didn’t want to do, at a reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to someone else for building needs.
We bought a new house under construction, from Boundary Construction, in 2023. The house was priced reasonably, even when other companies were inflating their prices due to the increased demand in the area. We quickly learned the owner, Joe is a fair, honest businessman. He worked with us at every step, to allow us to make changes and upgrades. Even though we felt like we were bugging him at times, he always listened to us and made what we wanted work. We did experience a few minor issues, which in my experience, are inevitable during construction. Joe maintained a positive attitude and worked us through the whole process. After the house closed, he maintained contact with us and even made minor fixes for us when things popped up. I was so happy with Boundary Construction, I had them design and build my dream shop on my property. I could not be happier with the finished product. I would recommend Joe and Boundary Construction without hesitation. We both consider Joe a friend now.
